The hotel setting was magnificent, with amazing

Views of the vineyards and mountains. The attention to detail in the suite was amazing. One downside was the slow valet parking during busy hours. It was a nice experience.

Breakfast is hot and rooms are good sized. The property was 2 miles away from huguenot monument...

The villa was lovely, but the service? Don't even get me started! Flies on food in the dining room, and the private pool was dangerous with no handrail. I expected a room upgrade because of all this inconvenience but received nothing. How disappointing! I almost wrote a good review but just couldn't.

A Couple's Luxury Retreat

One night, we were treated like royalty! The atmosphere was calm and laid back, just how I like my surroundings when I need to unwind.

Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

Just an excellent fit for a break on long journey in Franschhoek with best value for money ratio. The staff really were really good too accommodate us, especially when we had a special request for dessert after dinner. Definitely try the spa treatments for relaxation after a long day.

The outdoor pool was a good surprise, and I loved the complimentary mini bar, made my evenings extra special. The spa offered a fantastic full body massage and serene garden area for relaxation. I did wish the parking had a bit more organization, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 😊

The private pool was a lovely feature, but safety precautions were inadequate.

The scenery around the vineyards was amazing, and we loved taking advantage of the complimentary vehicle for our village excursions. The staff was very friendly, our stay was relaxing. The rooms were super comfortable, providing the perfect escape for our group.

One issue we faced was with the laundry service. Some shirts came back not ironed properly, a bit disappointing for a place with such high standards.

The fine views and fabulous pool left us feeling like royalty! The unique decor in our suite made it a treat-each corner had its own charm, and we just adored the little touches.

If only the pillows weren't shaped like pancakes-who knew they could be both decorative and a total nap trap? Getting up was a workout!

Our time at this beautiful place was nothing short of magical. The Luxury Suite we stayed in was spacious, with a amazing view. Breakfast was a highlight-freshly made dishes and a great variety that kept us excited for each meal. The outdoor pool area, combined with the lush gardens, offered a perfect space to unwind. One improvement could be better organization in the valet parking process.
